摘要
为降低热轧带肋钢筋HRB400E工序成本,汉钢公司在HRB400E螺纹钢生产中引进一种新型合金取代原来的钒氮合金进行微合金化,通过钒氮微合金化理论分析与应用实践,结果表明使用复合钒氮可在保证产品质量的前提下,实现螺纹钢提氮降钒的效果,降低了钢材合金成本。
In order to reduce the cost of hot rolled ribbed HRB400E process,Hansteel Company introduced a new alloy to replace the original vanadium and nitrogen alloy for microalloying in HRB400E rebar production.Through the theoretical analysis and application practice of vanadium and nitrogen microalloying,the results show that the use of composite vanadium and nitrogen can ensure the quality of the product.The effect of lifting N and dropping V of the bar steel is realized,and the cost of steel alloy is reduced.
