摘要
酒钢采用以钒氮微合金强化为主,配合Cr的复合强化生产工艺开发HRB600热轧带肋钢筋,并以20 mm、25 mm规格为例,对化学成分、孔型设计、轧制程序等具体开展情况进行说明,结果表明:以钒氮微合金强化为主,配合Cr的复合强化生产工艺生产研发产品的力学性能既能满足高强钢筋的要求,又能满足抗震性能指标要求。
Jiusteel developed HRB600 hot rolled ribbed steel bar with VN microalloy strengthening and Cr composite strengthening process.Taking the specifications of 20 mm and 25 mm as examples,the chemical composition,pass design and rolling process were described.The results show that the mechanical properties of the products developed with VN microalloy strengthening and Cr composite strengthening process can not only meet the requirements of high strength reinforcement,but also meet the requirements of seismic performance index.
