农业高质量发展的内涵要求农产品品质提升、有益环境生产、助农增收致富。而陕西作为西部的农业大省和重要的瓜果生产和外销省份,在农业高质量发展中有很大的提升空间。近些年,陕西夯实基础保障,农业生产能力稳步提升;变革农业生产方式,农业生产体系逐渐完善;创新农业经营体系,实现农业产业链的延伸。而且陕西农业高质量发展在政策资金、市场环境和制度环境等方面也充满机遇。但也要正视陕西农业高质量发展在资源环境、农业综合配套、特色农业产业培育、区域品牌建设和农产品现代物流体系建设上存在的问题。为此,应针对存在的问题,进行补短板强弱项,促进陕西农业高质量发展。

The connotation of high-quality agricultural development requires the improvement of the quality of agricultural products,ecological organic production,and helps farmers to increase income and prosperity.As a major agricultural province in the West and an important melon and fruit production and export province,Shaanxi a great space in the high-quality development of agriculture.In recent years,Shaanxi has consolidated its basic support and steadily increased its agricultural production capacity;reformed the agricultural production mode and gradually improved the agricultural production system;innovated the agricultural management system and realized the extension of the agricultural industrial chain.Moreover,Shaanxi Agricultural high-quality development is also full of opportunities in policy gold,market environment and institutional environment.However,we should also face the problems existing in resources and environment,agricultural comprehensive supporting facilities,the cultivation of characteristic agricultural industry,regional brand construction and the construction of modern logistics system of agricultural products.Therefore,we should make up the weak points according to the existing problems and promote the high-quality development of Shaanxi agriculture.
