基于“心风”理论浅析中风病发病机制

Analysis on the Pathogenesis of Apoplexy Based on the Theory of“Heart Wind”

心风包括外风和内风,外风总归为正虚邪中,内风由心脏阴阳失调,心气不定,变化而成。心风导致心、血脉结构和功能失常,引发心脑血管疾病。而中风病发生的关键是血脉病变,且多伴随心悸、心痛、失眠、健忘、烦躁等心系疾病和神志异常表现,在发病特点、病因病机、症状、治疗等方面与心风致病密切相关。从心风认识中风病的发生发展体现了中医整体观念、异病同治及治未病等思想。

The heart wind includes external wind and internal wind.The External wind is caused by exogenous viruses,bacteria,etc.The Internal wind is caused by the imbalance of yin and Yang in the heart,which is caused by unstable heart qi.Heart wind leads to structural and functional disorders of the heart and blood vessels,which in turn leads to cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.The key to the occurrence of stroke is blood vessel disease,which is often accompanied by heart diseases such as palpitations,heartache,insomnia,forgetfulness,irritability and abnormal mental performance.It is closely related to the pathogenesis of heart wind in terms of pathogenesis,etiology,symptoms,treatment and so on.Understanding the occurrence and development of stroke from the perspective of heart wind reflects the overall concept of traditional Chinese medicine,homotherapy for heteropathy and preventive treatment of disease.
