Study on Processing Method of Zang Medicine Aconite

目的:藏药乌头含有大量毒性成分,没有经过标准的炮制程序无法入药,该药炮制难度极高,不掌握藏药炮制学基本概念,无法进行对其炮制操作。根据藏药炮制学基本内涵,深入解析乌头的解毒原理。用普遍简易的方法描述其内容,为乌头炮制实践提供理论依据。方法:以多年的临床经验,基于藏药炮制学基本概念,从乌头炮制辅料的解毒性能及药理作用的角度考虑,深入解析解毒辅料对乌头的作用及解毒原理。结果:解释了解毒辅料的性能及物质成分、乌头的解毒原理,提出了最有效的炮制方法。结论:乌头炮制辅料包含着许多抑制乌头生物碱的成分,对乌头解毒有明显作用,解毒原理是以辅料的酸类物质起到了酸碱中和作用而得到解毒效果,此法既能减毒存效又能使用药安全,且反复炮制对解毒更加有利。

Objective The Zang medicine Aconite contains a large number of toxic ingredients,which cannot be used in medicine without standard processing procedures.The processing difficulty of this medicine is very high,and the basic concepts of Zang medicine processing are not mastered,so it is impossible to process it.According to the basic connotation of Zang medicine processing,the detoxification principle of Aconite was analyzed deeply.The content of aconite was described by general and simple method,which provided theoretical basis for processing practice of Aconite.Methods Based on years of clinical experience,based on the basic concept of Zang medicine processing science,and from the point of view of detoxification properties and pharmacological effects of processing excipients of Aconite,the effect of detoxification excipients on aconite and its detoxification principle were deeply analyzed.Results The properties and composition of detoxification excipients and the detoxification principle of Aconite were explained,and the most effective processing method was put forward.Conclusion Processing excipients of Aconitum aconitum contain many constituents that inhibit aconitum alkaloids,which have obvious effect on aconitum detoxification.The principle of detoxification is that the acids of aconitum excipients neutralize acid and base to obtain detoxification effect.It has the advantages of reducing toxicity and keeping effect and safety,and repeated processing is more favorable to detoxification.
