摘要
为促进太极拳运动的开展,进一步扩大太极拳运动的社会影响力,将民族传统体育文化发扬光大,本研究提出太极拳在中小学发展的优化对策:加大社团扶持力度,积极开展课外活动;定期开展教师培训与检查工作;延长对学生太极拳掌握程度的考核等。
To promote taijiquan(tai chi chuan,a kind of traditional Chinese shadow boxing)and its social influence and hence carry forward traditional national sports,this paper proposes the optimization strategy for the development of taijiquan in primary school and secondary school.Mainly:increasing support for clubs and active extra-curricular activities;regular teacher training and inspection and extended assessment of students'mastery of taijiquan.
