护理人员预防导尿管相关尿路感染的“知、信、行”状况调查

Investigation on"knowledge-attitude-belief-practice"of nursing staffto prevent urinary tract infection associated with catheter

目的调查医院护理人员预防导尿管相关尿路感染的知信行现状,为临床预防导尿管相关尿路感染的护理工作提供参考。方法于2020年3月选取医院不同科室的335名护理人员为调查对象,采用梁英编制的《护理人员预防CAUTI的“知信行”调查问卷》对我院护士进行问卷调查。结果共回收有效问卷335份。护理人员对预防导尿管相关尿路感染知识得分为:预防CAUTI的基本理论7.30±1.49分、拔除导尿管相关知识态度7.24±1.45分、导尿管固定与处理知识5.09±0.19分;态度得分为23.64±1.89分;行为得分为42.28±4.18分。经过单因素筛选,多元线性回归分析发现,护理人员导尿管相关尿路感染的相关知识与其职称、学历相关(P<0.05),职称和学历较高的护理人员,相关知识得分较高;护理人员的态度与其学历有关(P<0.05),学历较高的护理人员,态度得分较高;职称是影响护理人员行为的因素(P<0.05),职称较高的护理人员,行为得分较高。结论医院护理人员对预防导尿管相关尿路感染的知信行水平掌握整体较好,但知识相对较差,建议在护理培训中,重点关注低年资、学历低以及工作年限低的临床护理人员,从而提高临床预防导尿管相关尿路感染的效果。

Objective To investigate the current situation of knowledge-attitude-belief-practice of hospital nursing staffin preventing catheter-related urinary tract infection,and to provide reference for clinical nursing work in preventing catheter-related urinary tract infection.Methods In March 2020,335 nursing stafffrom different departments of the hospital were selected as the survey objects,and the nurses in our hospital from different departments were investigated by using the"Knowledge-Attitude-belief-Practice Questionnaire on the Prevention of CAUTI by nursing staff"compiled by Liang Ying.Results A total of 335 valid questionnaires were collected.The knowledge scores of nursing staffon prevention of urinary tract infection related to catheter were as follows:basic theory of prevention of CAUTI 7.30±1.49 points,knowledge of catheter removal 7.24±1.45 points,knowledge of catheter fixation and treatment 5.09±0.19 points;Attitude score was 23.64±1.89 points;The behavioral score was 42.28±4.18 points.After single factor screening,multiple linear regression analysis showed that knowledge related to urinary tract infection of nursing staffwas related to their professional title and educational background(P<0.05).Nursing staffwith higher professional title and educational background had higher scores of relevant knowledge.The attitude of nursing staffwas related to their educational background(P<0.05).The attitude score of nursing staffwith higher educational background was higher.The professional title was the factor affecting the behavior of nursing staff(P<0.05),and the nursing staffwith higher professional title had higher behavior score.Conclusion The knowledge-attitude-belief-practice level of hospital nursing staffon the prevention of catheter-related urinary tract infection is generally good,but the knowledge is relatively poor.It is suggested to focus on clinical nursing staffwith low seniority,low education and low working years in nursing training,so as to improve the clinical effect of prevention of urinary tract infection related to catheter.
