工业固废钢渣改良黄土路床研究

摘要 调查数据显示,甘肃省工业固废累计储存量约为8.9亿t,综合利用率不足14%,固废的大量堆积、废弃不仅占用大量土地资源,而且使原本就脆弱的生态环境更加雪上加霜。同时,甘肃省中、东部地区为黄土高原,黄土的崩解性对工程建筑特别是水利工程和道路工程危害很大,利用炼钢废渣作为改良材料,能够解决黄土地区公路路基湿陷性问题,提高公路修筑质量与抗灾能力,减少公路病害,确保公路行车安全性与舒适性,减少了经济损失和不良社会效应,避免了渣灰弃置带来的土地、水源和环境污染。 According to the survey data,the cumulative storage of industrial solid waste in Gansu Province is about 890 million tons,and the comprehensive utilization rate is less than 14%.The massive accumulation and abandonment of solid waste not only occupy a lot of land resources,but also make the already fragile ecological environment worse.At the same time,the central and eastern regions of Gansu Province are the loess plateau,and the disintegration of loess is very harmful to engineering buildings,especially water conservancy projects and road projects.The use of steel-making slag as an improved material can solve the problem of collapsibility of the highway subgrade in the loess region,improve the construction quality and anti-disaster ability of the highway,reduce highway diseases,ensure the safety and comfort of highway traffic,reduce economic losses and adverse social effects,and avoid the pollution of land,water and environment caused by slag and ash disposal.
