摘要
当前我国社会经济发展正处于转型的关键时期,尤其在教育领域逐渐突破原有限制,从以往理论实践分离模式向产教融合方向转变,主张协同育人、良性发展。该文深度分析产教融合的内涵与“双师型”教师的能力结构和现实价值,汇总当前高职院校“双师型”教师培养过程中存在的困境问题并展开讨论,从多个角度给予针对性策略。
At present,China's social and economic development is in a critical period of transformation.Especially in the field of education,it has gradually broken through original restrictions and changed from the previous mode of separation of theory and practice to the direction of the integration of industry and education,which advocates collaborative education and sound development.This paper deeply analyzes the connotation of the integration of industry and education and the ability structure and practical value of "double-qualified" teachers,summarizes and discusses the difficulties existing in the current training process of "double-qualified" teachers in higher vocational colleges,and gives targeted strategies from multiple angles.
