智能制造背景下的PLC课程改革探索

摘要 该文探讨智能制造背景下的“机械系统PLC控制技术”课程的改革,旨在打通传统理论授课和单独实验授课,将云平台与线下课程结合起来,同时又发挥了仿真平台的模拟实践操作优势,构建了项目与实验平台模块化的协作学习法,造多层次实践教学平台,最终探索出一套以学生为主体,在工程实际的主导作用下,提升学生掌握知识能力和动手实践操作能力的新型教学模式。 This paper discusses the reform of the course PLC Control Technology of Mechanical Systems under the background of intelligent manufacturing,aiming to open up traditional theoretical teaching and individual experimental teaching to combine the cloud platform with offline courses,and also give full play to the advantages of simulating practical operation of the simulation platform to build a collaborative learning method of modularizing the project and the experiment platform,create a multi-level practical teaching platform,and finally explore a set of new teaching mode which takes students as the main body and improves students' ability to master knowledge and hands-on practical operation ability under the leading role of engineering practice.
