The practical ability training of professional degree students is very important.This paper analyzes the existing problems in the management of archives in colleges and universities,and takes graduate students with education degrees as an example,puts forward specific paths for standardizing the practical training of graduate students with education degrees,improving the quality of postgraduate training of education degrees,building a professional training system for postgraduate students with professional degrees in education,and improving the archival service capabilities of training units for reference.
