大数据背景下高职财会专业人才培养改革方法探析

Analysis on the Reform Method of Training High-Level Accounting Professionals under the Background of Big Data

大数据的大力发展使财会行业受到不小的冲击,也给高职院校财会专业人才培养带来了巨大挑战。基于此,分析了大数据的发展和应用对财会行业的冲击,论述了大数据时代高等职业院校财会专业教学面临的挑战。同时提出了优化创新财会专业人才培养模式、重新构建课程体系,提升师资队伍的素养和水平、转变教师思维方式,改善实践教学条件、为学生提供实践基地,推进混合式教学、调动学生学习的主动性的对策,以供参考。

The vigorous development of big data has caused a great impact on the accounting industry,and also brought great challenges to the training of accounting professionals in vocational colleges.Based on this,the impact of the development and application of big data on the accounting industry is analyzed,and the challenges faced by the teaching of accounting in higher vocational colleges in the era of big data are discussed.At the same time,it puts forward the countermeasures to optimize and innovate the training mode of accounting professionals,reconstruct the curriculum system,improve the literacy and level of teachers,change the way of thinking of teachers,improve practical teaching conditions,provide students with practice bases,promote blended teaching,and mobilize students’learning initiative for reference.
