单纯性肥胖患者血脂、血糖及甲状腺激素水平相关性分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探究单纯性肥胖患者与血脂、血糖及甲状腺激素水平的相关性.方法选取120例单纯性肥胖患者作为研究对象,并将其纳入观察组,同时选取同期体检的120名正常人群纳入对照组,检测两组研究对象的血脂、血糖以及甲状腺激素水平,采用Pearson相关性分析探究单纯性肥胖患者BMI与血脂、血糖以及甲状腺激素水平的相关性.结果观察组甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、胆固醇(TC)水平显著高于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组空腹血糖(FPG)、胰岛素(INS)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA2-IR)均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组促甲状腺激素(TSH)、四碘甲腺原氨酸(T4)水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组三碘甲腺原氨酸(T3)、游离三碘甲腺原氨酸(FT3)水平低于对照组,反T3(rT3)水平高于对照组(P<0.05);Pearson相关性分析显示:单纯性肥胖患者BMI与血脂指标中的TG、LDL-C、TC呈正相关关系(r=0.653、0.781、0.837,P<0.001),与HDL-C呈负相关关系(r=-0.521,P<0.001);与血糖指标中的FPG、INS、HbA1c、HOMA2-IR呈正相关关系(r=0.782、0.869、0.803、0.905,P<0.001);与甲状腺激素水平中的T3、FT3呈负相关关系(r=-0.196、-0.331,P<0.001),与rT3呈正相关关系(r=0.284,P<0.001).结论单纯性肥胖患者与血脂、血糖以及甲状腺激素水平密切相关,临床应对单纯性肥胖患者引起重视,以降低因肥胖引起的心血管疾病、糖尿病等疾病的发生风险. Objective To investigate the correlation between simple obesity and the levels of blood lipids,blood glucose and thyroid hormones.Method A total of 120 patients with simple obesity were selected as the obser-vation group.Meanwhile,120 normal people were selected as the control group.The levels of blood lipids,blood glucose and thyroid hormones in the two groups were measured.Pearson correlation analysis was performed to investigate the correlation of BMI with the levels of blood lipids,blood glucose and thyroid hormones in patients with simple obesity.Results The levels of triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and total cholesterol(TC)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,while the level of high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Fasting plasma glucose(FPG),insulin(INS),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)and insulin resistance index(HOMA2-IR)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of thyroid-stimulating hormone(TSH)and tetraiodothyronine(T4)in the two groups were similar(P>0.05).The levels of triiodothyronine(T3)and free triiodothyronine(FT3)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the level of reverse T3(rT3)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that BMI was positively correlated with TG,LDL-C and TC(r=0.653,0.781,0.837,P<0.001),and negatively correlated with HDL-C(r=-0.521,P<0.001)in patients with simple obesity.BMI was positively correlated with FPG,INS,HbA1c and HOMA2-IR(r=0.782,0.869,0.803,0.905,P<0.001),negatively correlated with T3 and FT3(r=-0.196,-0.331,P<0.001),and positively correlated with rT3(r=0.284,P<0.001).Conclusion Simple obesity is closely related to the levels of blood lipids,blood glucose and thyroid hormones.Clinically,we should be paid attention to patients with simple obesity to reduce the risks of cardiovascular diseases,diabetes and other diseases caused by obesity.
