摘要
为研究纤维网格复合超高性能混凝土(UHPC)加固钢筋混凝土梁的抗剪性能,对2根UHPC加固梁、4根纤维网格复合UHPC加固梁及2根未加固梁进行静力试验,研究剪跨比、UHPC厚度和纤维网格层数对钢筋混凝土梁破坏形态、荷载-挠度曲线、受剪承载力以及延性的影响。结果表明:采用UHPC对钢筋混凝土梁进行抗剪加固,可以明显改善梁的破坏形态,提高梁的受剪承载力;采用UHPC对钢筋混凝土梁进行抗剪加固,可以显著提高梁的开裂荷载,提升幅度为150%~216%;采用纤维网格复合UHPC加固的梁,延性系数大幅增加。最后,利用桁架-拱模型,推导了纤维网格复合UHPC加固钢筋混凝土梁的受剪承载力计算公式,计算值与试验值吻合较好。
In order to study the shear resistance of reinforced concrete beams strengthened with fiber grid reinforced ultra-high performance concrete(UHPC),2 reinforced concrete beams with UHPC,4 reinforced concrete beams and 2 control beams were designed.The failure modes,load-deflection curves,shear capacity and ductility of the beams with different shear span ratios,thickness of UHPC and number of fiber grid were studied by the static test.The test results show that UHPC can improve the failure pattern of beams and the shear capacity.The cracking load of reinforced concrete beams can be significantly increased by 150%~216%when reinforced concrete beams are reinforced by UHPC.The ductility of beams strengthened with fiber grid composite UHPC is greatly increased.By adopting the superposition method of truss-arch model,a formula based on the test results for calculating the shear capacity of specimens strengthened with fiber grid composite UHPC is proposed,and the calculated results are in good agreement with the test results.
