数据挖掘的复杂光学曲面加工路径规划研究

摘要 为解决复杂光学曲面加工困难的问题,提出基于数据挖掘的复杂光学曲面加工路径规划方法。将复杂光学曲面点云数据投影至平面上,获取二维点集;通过拟合复杂光学曲面点云数据,重建复杂光学曲面的不间断描述模型;基于此模型将二维加工路径数据映射至三维空间,选取等截面法规划复杂光学曲面加工过程中路径,通过参数补偿计算触点经法向偏置,获取刀位点路径规划结果。实验结果显示,x、y和z方向上的路径偏差均控制在0.035 mm内,z方向的路径偏差在0.01 mm左右,以上数据充分说明本方法能够准确规划复杂光学曲面加工路径。 In order to solve the difficult problem of complex optical surface maching,a data mining-based processing path planning method for complex optical surfaces is proposed.Project the point cloud data of the complex optical surface onto the plane to obtain a two-dimensional point set;reconstruct the uninterrupted description model of the complex optical surface by fitting the point cloud data of the complex optical surface;map the two-dimensional machining path data to the three-dimensional based on this model space,select the constant section method to plan the path in the process of complex optical surface processing,calculate the normal offset of the contact point through parameter compensation,and obtain the path planning result of the tool position.The experimental results show that the path deviations in the x,y and z directions are all controlled within 0.035 mm,and the path deviation in the z direction is about 0.01 mm.The above data fully demonstrate that the method in this paper can accurately plan the processing path of complex optical surfaces.
