摘要 目的与方法:基于问卷调研数据,分析北京市初中学生正餐食物消费数量、种类与结构,以及零食、快餐、饮料和营养补充品的食用情况,并与中国居民膳食指南该年龄阶段推荐参考做了比较。结果:北京市初中学生全食物消费总量不低于膳食推荐水平,三餐分布较为合理;消费食物类别结构方面,植物性食物与动物性食物的消费占比大致是1:2;零食消费是该群体必不可少的能量补充,对零食的选择上,主要关注口感,偏爱甜食,购买地点主要是学校附近的小卖店和小吃摊点。结论:有必要规范校园周边小食部摊点,防范其营养风险与健康风险,同时推动食育教育,提高学生的食物营养素养,引导学生形成健康的食物消费习惯,促进其健康成长。 Objective and Method Based on the questionnaire survey data,this paper analyzed the quantity,type and structure of dinner food consumption of junior middle school students in Beijing,as well as the consumption of snacks,fast food,beverages and nutritional supplements,and compared them with the recommended reference of Chinese residents'dietary guidelines for this age.Result The total food consumption of junior middle school students in Beijing was not lower than the recommended dietary level,and the distribution of meals was reasonable.In terms of food category structure,the proportion of plant food and animal food consumption was approximately 1:2.Snack consumption was an essential energy supplement for this group.For the selection of snacks,they mainly pay attention to taste and prefer sweets.Their staple food was the small shops and snack stands near the school.Conclusion It is necessary to regulate snack stalls around campus to prevent their nutritional and health risks,promote food education,provide students with food nutrition literacy,guide students to form healthy food consumption habits,and promote their healthy growth.
