高校心理育人的价值功能及工作体系建设

摘要 心理育人是新时代高校提升思想政治工作质量的“十大育人体系”之一,是重要的育人要素。加快高校心理育人工作的发展,是现阶段高校育人的重要任务。要大力发展心理育人,就需要进一步挖掘和提炼其本源性的价值功能,主要体现在生命意义教育、理想信念与价值观教育、法治规范教育、责任与奉献教育等方面。新时代加强高校心理育人工作体系建设,就是要在探索其理论遵循的基础上,建立融合思想政治教育的心理健康教育模式,构建以个体为主体、以高校为主阵地、和家庭协同、以社会为保障的心理育人工作体系,从而顺应全国社会心理服务体系规范化发展的趋势。
