摘要
本文针对胶体金免疫层析快速检测卡具有半定量、针对性强、操作简便的优点,购买市售的胶体金免疫层析速测卡检测豇豆中的克百威、乙酰甲胺磷、三唑磷、吡唑醚菌酯、灭蝇胺、甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐、氧乐果、毒死蜱、啶虫脒9种农药,对其结果准确性进行测定和评价,采用三重四级杆液质联用仪进行确证,根据检测结果确定灵敏度和准确性较高的胶体金免疫层析速测产品,并推广应用。
This article focuses on the advantages of the semi-quantitative, targeted and simple operation of the colloidal gold immunochromatographic rapid detection card, the accuracy of the results of the detection of 9 pesticides in cowpea,including carbofuran, acephate, triazophos, pyrazolate, chlorpyrifos, carbamectin benzoate, omethoate, chlorpyrifos and acetamiprid, were determined and evaluated by purchasing the commercially available colloidal gold immunochromatographic rapid detection card. The triple four-stage rod LC-MS was used to confirm, and the colloidal gold immunochromatographic rapid detection product with high sensitivity and accuracy was found according to the detection results, and was popularized and applied.
