摘要 牛奶中富含蛋白质和脂肪等营养物质,也含有矿物盐和乳糖。健康饮食要求减少盐分和糖分的摄入。通过设计纳滤和超滤组合膜系统,可以去除牛奶中的部分盐分和乳糖,生产出营养组分更优化的浓缩奶原料。纳滤和超滤前后串联组合,两者能力匹配调节,实现组合系统的稳定运行;通过自动阀门的自由切换,可控制纳滤或者超滤的独立运行,单独运行纳滤做浓缩和脱盐,或者单独运行超滤最大的作用就是脱除乳糖;两者组合运行时,通过对各自浓缩倍数进行调节,控制乳糖和盐分的多种物质和脱除率。 Milk is rich in nutrients such as protein and fat, as well as mineral salt and lactose. A healthy diet requires less salt and less sugar. By designing a combined membrane system of nanofiltration and ultrafiltration, part of the salt and lactose in milk can be removed, and concentrated milk raw materials with more optimized nutritional components can be produced.The nanofiltration and ultrafiltration are combined in series before and after the combination, and their capabilities are matched and adjusted to realize the stable operation of the combined system. Through the action switch of automatic valve,the independent operation of nanofiltration or ultrafiltration can be controlled, and nanofiltration can be operated separately for concentration and desalination, or ultrafiltration can be operated separately for maximum lactose removal. During the combined operation of the two, the multiple removal rates of lactose and salt are controlled by adjusting their respective concentration times.
