摘要 在信息化不断发展的今天,中职食品专业面临着信息交流的困难,如何运用信息化技术打破知识壁垒是本文阐述的重点。本文通过评估食品工艺模块化教学目标,反思中职食品工艺教学中运用信息化技术的必要性,并从辩证的角度看待信息化技术的灵活性,以达到提高模块化教学效果的目的。 With the continuous development of information technology, the food specialty of secondary vocational school is faced with the difficulty of information exchange. How to use information technology and break the knowledge barrier is the key point of this article. Through the evaluation of food technology modular teaching objectives, reflect on the necessity of applying information technology in food technology teaching of secondary vocational schools, and view the flexibility of information technology from a dialectical point of view, so as to achieve the purpose of improving the effect of modular teaching.
