黄精多糖药食同源作用及其研究进展

A Review of the Pharmacological Properties of Polygonatum Sibiricum Polysaccharide

黄精多糖具有调节血糖和血脂、抗菌和抗炎、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、改善心脑血管疾病的作用,是药食同源的黄精中的主要活性成分。因此,本研究对黄精多糖药食同源作用进行分析,为进一步开发利用黄精多糖提供参考。

Polygona-polysaccharose has the ability to regulate blood sugar and blood lipids, antibacterial and antiinflammatory, anti-fatigue, antitumor, improve cardiovascular disease, and is the main active ingredient of polygonatum from the same source of medicine and food. Therefore, this study summarizes the pharmacological and food homology of polygonatum polysaccharide, providing reference for further development and utilization of polygonatum polysaccharide.
