在我国实施食品安全战略的同时,食品的质量和安全问题也日益引起人们的关注。各级政府部门、食品企业在“吃得放心”这一主题下,采取了一系列的食品安全措施。重视食品的品质与安全,可使消费者从田间到餐桌都能享用无公害、绿色、健康的食品。如果不能切实落实这一工作,将会影响我国的健康发展,还会影响人们的生命健康。从目前食品行业的统计数字看,我国的食品质量和安全状况仍然不容乐观,食品的来源和生产还存在着一定的安全风险。为此,必须加强对食品质量安全的管理,不断提升食品的质量和安全,保证食品的安全、可靠。
