摘要 在我国实施食品安全战略的同时,食品的质量和安全问题也日益引起人们的关注。各级政府部门、食品企业在“吃得放心”这一主题下,采取了一系列的食品安全措施。重视食品的品质与安全,可使消费者从田间到餐桌都能享用无公害、绿色、健康的食品。如果不能切实落实这一工作,将会影响我国的健康发展,还会影响人们的生命健康。从目前食品行业的统计数字看,我国的食品质量和安全状况仍然不容乐观,食品的来源和生产还存在着一定的安全风险。为此,必须加强对食品质量安全的管理,不断提升食品的质量和安全,保证食品的安全、可靠。 While implementing the food safety strategy in China,the quality and safety of food has also increasingly attracted people's attention.Government departments at all levels and food enterprises have taken a series of food safety measures under the theme of“eating at ease”.Attention to the quality and safety of food,so that consumers from the field to the table can enjoy pollution-free,green,healthy food.If this work is not properly implemented,it will affect the development of a healthy China and the lives and health of the people.From the statistics of the food industry at present,the food quality and safety situation of our country is still not optimistic,and there are certain safety risks in the source and production of food.Therefore,we must strengthen the management of food quality and safety,constantly improve the quality and safety of food,and ensure the safety and reliability of food.
