小麦作为世界上最主要的粮食作物之一,其安全性备受关注。然而,小麦中的主要污染物含量是导致其不安全的主要原因之一。本文综述了小麦中主要污染物的种类、对健康的危害、测定途径以及安全性评估方法。为了确保小麦的安全性,需要对小麦中主要污染物含量进行测定,并对其安全性进行评估,以便采取必要的措施保障消费者的健康。
As one of the most important food crops in the world,the safety of wheat has attracted much attention.However,the content of major pollutants in wheat is one of the main causes of its insecurity.This paper summarizes the types of major pollutants,hazards to health,measurement ways and safety assessment methods in wheat.In order to ensure the safety of wheat,the determination of the content of major pollutants in wheat and its safety evaluation are needed to take the necessary measures to ensure the health of consumers.
