The college canteen is responsible for providing basic food security services for all teachers and students.Under the new era background,this paper discusses the analysis of food safety risks in combination with the characteristics of college canteens,promotes the introduction and implementation of ISO 22000 food safety management system,and discusses the applicability of the food safety management system that conforms to the characteristics of college canteens,in order to provide reference for the food safety management of college canteens.
