包装饮用水铜绿假单胞菌不合格问题特点及原因分析

摘要 本文旨在通过分析2021年陕西省包装饮用水监督抽检中铜绿假单胞菌的检出情况,调查包装饮用水中铜绿假单胞菌超标的原因。2021年,在陕西省范围内开展包装饮用水监督抽检277批次。其中,222批次为桶装水,检出铜绿假单胞菌37批次,检出率为16.7%;55批次为瓶装水,均未检出铜绿假单胞菌。同一批次的5份样品中,均检出铜绿假单胞菌的仅有3批次,占37批次不合格样品的8.1%;有部分样品甚至仅1份样品检出铜绿假单胞菌的占91.9%。桶装水铜绿假单胞菌检出率明显高于瓶装水,且同一批次的5份样品桶装水均检出铜绿假单胞菌的比率较低,结合实地调研分析,包装容器(周转桶)污染且清洗消毒不彻底是导致铜绿假单胞菌不合格的主要因素,而源水处理、管道设备清洗、生产环境管控等环节也存在一定的微生物污染风险。 This article aims to investigate the reasons leading to the exceedance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in packaged drinking water by analyzing the detection of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in the supervision and sampling of packaged drinking water in Shaanxi Province in 2021.The supervision and sampling of 277 batches of packaged drinking water was carried out within Shaanxi Province in 2021.In particular,222 batches of water in barrels,37 batches of Pseudomonas aeruginosa were detected,with a detection rate of 16.7%;55 batches of bottled water,all of which did not detect Pseudomonas aeruginosa.Only 3 batches of 5 samples from the same batch were detected with Pseudomonas aeruginosa,accounting for 8.1%of the 37 batches of unqualified samples;91.9%of some samples were detected with Pseudomonas aeruginosa in only 1sample.The detection rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in barrel water is significantly higher than that of bottled water,and the rate of detection of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in all five samples of the same batch of barrel water is low.In combination with field research analysis,the packaging container(drum)contamination and incomplete cleaning and disinfection is the main factor leading to Pseudomonas aeruginosa failure.There is also a certain risk of microbiological contamination in the source water treatment,pipeline and equipment cleaning and production environment control.
