Prefabricated dishes are a dinner level solution that lies between cooking,food,and catering.Prefabricated dishes have been widely used in B-end catering,and their penetration rate has steadily increased.In response to the current development prospects and existing problems of the prefabricated vegetable industry,measures have been proposed to improve the quality management of prefabricated vegetable products,in order to provide feasible suggestions for the good development of the prefabricated vegetable industry.
