肝胃百合汤联合伏诺拉生治疗反流性食管炎临床观察

Efficacy observation of Ganwei Baihe decoction and vonoprazan fumarate tablets on reflux esophagitis

目的:观察肝胃百合汤联合伏诺拉生治疗反流性食管炎(RE)的临床疗效。方法:参考随机数字表将60例RE患者分为两组各30例。其中治疗组予肝胃百合汤联合伏诺拉生片治疗,对照组予艾司奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊治疗,两组连续治疗14天。观察两组治疗前后中医症状及胃食管反流自测量表(Gerd Q)评分,评价临床疗效。结果:治疗组的总有效率为96.67%,对照组的总有效率为83.33%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,两组治疗后中医症状积分及Gerd Q症状积分均显著下降(P<0.05,P<0.01);与对照组比较,治疗组治疗后中医症状及Gerd Q症状积分下降相对显著(P<0.05)。结论:肝胃百合汤联合伏诺拉生治疗RE疗效较好,可有效缓解患者临床症状。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Ganwei Baihe decoction and vonoprazan fumarate tablets on reflux esophagitis(RE).Methods:60 cases of patients with RE were divided into treatment group and control group by metnod of random number table,30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Ganwei Baihe decoction and vonoprazan fumarate tablets,while the control group was treated with esomeprazole entericcoated capsule.Both groups were treated continuously for 14 days.TCM symptoms,GerdQ score were observed in two groups before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy of combination of two drugs was evaluated.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 96.67%,while that of control group was 83.33%,and the treatment group was significantly better than control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,TCM symptom score and GerdQ symptom score were decreased significantly in both groups after treatment(P<0.05,P<0.01).Compared with control group,TCM symptom score and GerdQ symptom score of treatment group were more significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Ganwei Baihe decoction and vonoprazan fumarate tablets on reflux esophagitis is significant,which can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients.
