大柴胡汤治疗HP阴性慢性非萎缩性胃炎疗效观察

Efficacy observation of Dachaihu decoction on HP negative chronic non-atrophic gastritis

目的:观察大柴胡汤治疗HP阴性慢性非萎缩性胃炎(少阳阳明合病)的疗效。方法:选取HP阴性慢性非萎缩性胃炎(少阳阳明合病)患者80例,随机分为两组各40例。对照组予雷贝拉唑、铝碳酸镁、多潘立酮口服,治疗组予大柴胡汤口服治疗。治疗1周后,进行疗效评估。结果:治疗组总有效率为90.00%,高于对照组的30.00%(P<0.05)。治疗组在改善临床症状方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在胡希恕、冯绍纶六经八纲辨证理论体系指导下,应用大柴胡汤治疗HP阴性慢性非萎缩性胃炎(少阳阳明合病)疗效显著。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Dachaihu decoction on HP negative chronic non-atrophic gastritis(combination of syndromes of Shaoyang and Yangming).Methods:80 cases of patients with HP negative chronic non-atrophic gastritis(combination of syndromes of Shaoyang and Yangming)were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral rabeprazole,hydrotalcite and domperidone,while the treatment group was treated with oral Dachaihu decoction.After one week of treatment,the clinical efficacy was evaluated.Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group was 90.00%,higher than the 30.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The relief of clinical symptoms of treatment group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Under the guidance of HU Xi-shu's and FENG Shao-lun's theoretical systems of syndrome differentiation of the six meridians and eight principles,the clinical efficacy of Dachaihu decoction on HP negative chronic nonatrophic gastritis(combination of syndromes of Shaoyang and Yangming)is significant.
