蠲痹历节清方联合消炎散治疗湿热蕴结型急性痛风性关节炎临床观察

Efficacy observation of Juanbi Lijieqing formula and Xiaoyan powder on acute gouty arthritis with syndrome of accumulated damp-heat

目的:观察蠲痹历节清方联合消炎散治疗湿热蕴结型急性痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:选取符合纳入标准的61例湿热蕴结型急性痛风性关节炎患者随机分为两组,对照组30例,治疗组31例。对照组予西医常规疗法,治疗组在对照组基础上予蠲痹历节清方联合消炎散治疗,疗程为1周,比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组、对照组中医证候疗效总有效率分别为93.55%、80.00%,临床疗效总有效率分别为90.32%、83.33%,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者血尿酸(UA)、血沉(ESR)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS)均较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组各项指标改善幅度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在常规西医治疗基础上,蠲痹历节清方联合消炎散外敷能快速消炎镇痛、改善急性痛风性关节炎患者关节功能。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Juanbi Lijieqing formula and Xiaoyan powder on acute gouty arthritis with syndrome of accumulated damp-heat.Methods:61 cases of selected patients with acute gouty arthritis with syndrome of accumulated damp-heat,who met the inclusion criteria,were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in control group and 31 cases in treatment group.The control group was treated by therapy of conventional western medicine,while the treatment group was treated plus with Juanbi Lijieqing formula and Xiaoyan powder on the basis of control group,and the course of treatment was 1 week.The clinical efficacy was compared between two grous.Results:The total effective rate of TCM syndrome efficacy was respectively 93.55%in treatmetn group and 80.00%in control group,and the comparative difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment in both groups,blood uric acid(UA),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),hypersensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and visual analogue pain score(VAS)of patients were reduced compared with before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement of all indexes of treatment group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of treatment with conventional western medicine,Juanbi Lijieqing formula and Xiaoyan powder for external application can quickly reduce inflammation and relieve pain,and improve the joint function of patients with acute gouty arthritis.
