调肝理冲汤治疗肝郁型绝经综合征睡眠障碍临床观察

Efficacy observation of Tiaogan Lichong decoction on menopausal syndrome-caused sleep disorder with syndrome of liver-qi stagnation

目的:观察调肝理冲汤治疗肝郁型绝经综合征睡眠障碍的临床疗效并探讨其作用机制。方法:80例肝郁型绝经综合征患者按入组顺序随机分为两组各40例,治疗组予疏肝理血中药,对照组予柴胡逍遥散,14天为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程。观察两组治疗前后改良Kupperman量表评分,匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分,性激素E2、FSH,血清β内啡呔(β-Ep)水平。结果:调肝理冲汤能改善绝经综合征患者PSQI评分、入睡时间,增加夜间睡眠时间,增加血清E2、β-EP含量。结论:调肝理冲汤是治疗肝郁型绝经综合征患者的有效方剂,可有效改善睡眠质量,推测其作用机理可能与改善血清E2水平,增加β-EP含量有关。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Tiaogan Lichong decoction on menopausal syndromecaused sleep disorder with syndrome of stagnation of liver-qi and to approach its mechanism.Methods:80 cases of patients with menopausal syndrome-caused sleep disorder with syndrome of stagnation of liver-qi were randomly divided into two groups by grouping order,40 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Chinese herbal medicine for soothing the liver and regulating the blood circulation,while the control group was treated with Chaihu Xiaoyao powder.14 days as 1 course of treatment,and continuously treated for 2 courses of treatment.Modified Kupperman scale score,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index score(PSQI),sex hormone E2 and FSH and level of serumβ-endorphin(β-EP)were observed in two groups before and after treatment.Results:Tiaogan Lichong decoction could improve PSQI score and time of falling asleep of patients with menopausal syndrome,increase the time of sleeping in night,and enhance the contents of E2 andβ-EP in serum.Conclusion:Tiaogan Lichong decoction is an effective formula for treating the patients with menopausal syndrome of liver-qi stagnation type,which can effectively improve the sleep quality.The mechanism of Tiaogan Lichong decoction may be related to the improvement of serum E2 level and the increase ofβ-EP content.
