齐鲁乙烯装置能耗限额优化

摘要 针对目前齐鲁乙烯装置能耗限额高的问题,通过分析裂解炉炉型、裂解炉热效率等诸多因素对单位乙烯能耗限额值的影响,从裂解炉节能改造、优化裂解炉操作、提高裂解炉管理水平等方面制定了优化措施,取得了明显的节能效果。 Aiming at the problem of high energy consumption quota of Qilu ethylene plant,the influence of cracking furnace type,its heat efficiency and many other factors on limit value of per unit ethylene energy consumption was analyzed.Optimized measures were drafted,such as energy-saving reform,operation optimization and management level improvement on the cracking furnace,and obvious energy-saving effect was obtained.
