GLT络合铁脱硫工艺优化

摘要 针对络合铁法脱硫回收技术在扬州石化有限责任公司工业化应用过程中存在进料堵塞反流、药剂系统不稳定、药剂消耗高、单程运行周期短等问题,扬州石化有限责任公司进行了连续攻关。通过对进料流程优化解决进料堵塞反流问题;开发新药剂配方解决了药剂系统不稳定问题;开发洗涤程序、尾气凝液回用解决药剂消耗高等问题,延长单程运行周期至330天,累计降低药剂成本370万元,实现国产络合铁脱硫技术在炼厂酸气制硫磺的工业化应用。 Aiming at the problems existing in industrial application of the iron complex de-sulphurization recovery technology,such as feed clogging reflux,unstable reagent system,high reagent consumption,short single pass operation cycle and etc.,continuous technical break-through was made in Yangzhou Petroleum&Chemical Limited Company.The previous problems were solved by the following measures,the feed clogging reflux was solved by optimization on the feed flow,instability of the reagent system was solved by development of new reagent formu-lation,the high reagent consumption was solved by development of washing procedure and reuse of tail gas condensation.The single pass operation cycle was prolonged to 330 days and the rea-gent cost was decreased cumulatively by 3.7 million yuan,industrial application of iron complex desulphurization technology for sulphur production from sour gas in refining plant was realized.
