摘要
本文探讨了应用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定油品中的硅含量,采用航煤直接稀释进样的方法,确定分析硅元素的最佳谱线波长为251.612 nm,测得仪器检出限为0.01 mg/kg,方法检出限为0.03 mg/kg。本方法中硅元素含量在0~9.874 2 mg/kg的范围内呈现良好的线性关系,线性相关系数为0.999 4。通过反复试验排除了影响分析进程和分析结果的影响因素,确定了0.03 L/min为分析汽油中硅含量的最佳氧气流量。采用重复性试验和加标回收试验,计算出样品的加标回收率在99%~101%之间,分析单个标样的相对标准偏差小于0.5%。
In this paper,the application of inductively coupled plasma emission spectrome-try for determination of silicon content in oil is discussed.Adopting direct dilution injection of aviation kerosene way,the optimal spectral line wavelength for silicon element analysis is 251.612 nm.the detection limit of the equipment is 0.01 mg/kg and detection limit of the method is 0.03 mg/kg.In this method,the determination results show a good linear relation-ship when silicon element content is in the range of 0~9.8742 mg/kg,and the linear correla-tion coefficient is 0.9994.The factors affecting analysis progress and results were excluded by repeated tests,and 0.03 L/min was determined as the optimal oxygen flow to analyze silicon content in the gasoline.Using repeatability test and spike recovery test,the spike recovery rate of samples is between 99%and 101%,and the relative standard deviation of individual stand-ard samples is less than 0.5%.
