A Review on Formation Logic,Connotation and Characteristics of the Concept of Xi Jinping’s“Tech for Social Good”

习近平“科技向善”理念遵循马克思主义科技伦理思想,继承了中华优秀传统文化中“向善”的基本原则,总结和借鉴了中国共产党历代领导人推进“科学技术现代化”的发展经验,因应了当前科技发展的趋势与挑战,是对当今我国科技事业发展的全新思考。该理念明确了新时代科技发展“以人民为中心”的基本立场,将“风险治理”和“科技伦理教育”作为推动科技向善的重要抓手,同时对构建人类命运共同体,使科技成果为更多国家和人民所及、所享、所用进行展望,彰显出战略性、系统性和辩证性的理论特征。
