高捷成在红色金融初建与发展中的贡献研究

Research on GAO Jie-cheng’s Contribution to the Construction and Development of Red Finance

在红色金融的初建阶段,高捷成积极配合红军在漳州的筹款,为苏维埃国家银行补给了上百万备用金,为中央苏区筹集了四十多万物资的财政支援;他运用所学的理论知识与实践经验,创造了红军的会计制度,为中央苏区国家银行乃至整个苏区金融铺建了专业性制度体系。在红色金融的发展阶段,他栉风沐雨艰苦奋斗,以马背拓建冀南银行,积累了红色金融斗争的诸多经验,呈现了红色金融之于革命财政的巨大支撑作用。

At the initial stage of the Red Finance,GAO Jie-cheng actively cooperated with the Red Army in raising funds in Zhangzhou,replenished the Soviet National Bank with millions of reserve funds,and raised more than 400000 materials for the Central Soviet Area;he used his theoretical knowledge and practical experience to create the accounting system of the Red Army and laid a professional system for the Central Soviet National Bank and even the entire Soviet financial sector.In the development stage of red finance,he worked hard to build the Bank of South Hebei with horseback,accumulated many experiences in the red financial struggle,and presented the huge supporting role of red finance in the revolutionary finance.
