基于AIDA-C的高校公益助农人才培养模式研究

摘要 高校在助农人才培养机制中存在志愿精神与动机培育不足等问题。公益是志愿服务的本质属性,大学生服务乡村的公益热忱须在其意识深处唤醒,通过有效的激励举措及专业师资引领,构建并实施以A-引发关注、I-兴趣提升、D-激励有效、A-践行实施及C-无缝衔接乡村人才需求为关键步骤的“AIDA—C”公益助农人才培养模式,以乡村“人才+科技”的实际需求为指引,提质升级高校志愿服务乡村的“软、硬件”环境,持续稳定地为乡村振兴事业输送“懂农业、爱农村、爱农民”的亟需人才。 There are some problems such as the lack of voluntary spirit and motivation in the cultivation mechanism of agricultural talents.Public welfare is the essential attribute of voluntary service.College students’enthusiasm for public welfare service in rural areas should be awakened in the depth of their consciousness.Through effective incentive measures and guidance of professional teachers,universities construct and implement the“AIDA--C”training mode for public welfare agricultural talents,which takes the key steps of A-arousing attention,I-increasing interest,D-desire inspiration,A-action enforcement and C-seamless connection with the needs of rural talents as the key steps.Guided by the actual needs of rural talents+science and technology,the“software and hardware”environment of college volunteer service in rural areas is improved and upgraded.We will steadilycontinue to provide much-needed talents who understand agriculture,love rural areas and love farmers for the cause of rural revitalization.
