高校毕业生返乡就业创业服务乡村振兴发展研究

Research on the Development Path of Rural Revitalization for College Graduates back home for Employment and Business

在服务乡村振兴发展的过程中,高校面临政策扶持与学生返乡就业创业需求契合度不高、学校就业创业教育与乡村振兴需求融合度不高、乡村就业创业环境与学生返乡意愿匹配度不高、学生个人认知与乡村振兴发展需要相适度不高等困境。为有效推动毕业生返乡就业创业服务乡村振兴发展,地方政府应强化返乡就业创业政策扶持、高校应深化就业创业教育、乡村应优化就业创业环境、毕业生应强化就业创业综合素养。

In the process of serving the revitalization and development of the countryside,college graduates are-facing some difficulties,such as the low degree of compatibility between policy support and the needs of students returning home for employment and business start-up,the low degree of integration between school employment and business start-up education and the needs of rural revitalization,the low degree of matching between rural employment and business start-up environment and students’willingness to return home,and the low degree of students’personal cognition and the needs of rural revitalization and development.In order to effectively promote the return of graduates for employment and entrepreneurship,and to serve the revitalization and development of rural areas,the local government should strengthen the policy support,the university should deepen the employment and entrepreneurship education,the village should optimize the employment and entrepreneurship environment,and the graduates should strengthen the comprehensive quality of employment and entrepreneurship.
