摘要
目前,国内外有关三氯化镓的研究成果报道较为丰富。本文介绍了三氯化镓的制备方法,对三氯化镓在电子、生物、医药、有机合成等领域的应用现状进行了论述。
A lot of research results related to gallium trichloride in China and abroad were reported.In this paper,different synthesis methods of gallium trichloride were summarized.The applications of gallium trichloride in electronics,biology and organic synthesis were also reviewed.
