蜡样芽孢杆菌NJSZ-13对松材线虫生理生化指标的影响

摘要 使用蜡样芽孢杆菌NJSZ-13的菌悬液、发酵液、发酵滤液分别处理松材线虫AMA3虫株6、12、24、36 h,以无菌水和营养肉汤(NB)液体培养基处理作为对照,对处理后松材线虫体内的蛋白质质量浓度、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)活性和丙二醛(MDA)质量摩尔浓度进行检测。结果表明:经蜡样芽孢杆菌NJSZ-13处理后,松材线虫体内可溶性蛋白质质量浓度和POD、CAT、AchE活性在整个处理时间内均低于对照组,且均呈下降趋势;SOD和GSH-Px活性先升高后降低;MDA质量摩尔浓度逐渐上升。其中,菌悬液、发酵液和发酵滤液对松材线虫各种生理生化指标均有影响,其中发酵液的影响更大。通过蜡样芽孢杆菌NJSZ-13处理后线虫的各个生理效应可以推测,蜡样芽孢杆菌NJSZ-13对松材线虫的致死作用是综合性的,其中包括蛋白代谢、保护酶系统和神经系统等方面共同的作用。 The bacterial suspension,fermentation broth and fermentation filtrate of Bacillus cereus NJSZ-13 were used to treat Bursaphelenchus xylophilus AMA3 for 6,12,24 and 36 h,respectively.Using sterile water and nutrient broth(NB)as control,the protein mass concentration,superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD),catalase(CAT),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)Acetylcholinesterase(AchE)activity and malondialdehyde(MDA)mass molar concentration were detected.After treatment with B.cereus NJSZ-13,the content of soluble protein and the activities of POD,CAT and AchE in B.xylophilus were lower than those of the control group during the whole treatment time,and all showed a downward trend.The activity of SOD and GSH-Px first increased and then decreased,and the content of MDA increased gradually.Among them,the bacterial suspension,fermentation broth and fermentation filtrate all had effects on various physiological and biochemical indexes of B.xylophilus,among which the effect of fermentation broth was greater.Through the treatment of B.cereus NJSZ-13,the various physiological effects of nematodes can be seen,the lethal effect of B.cereus NJSZ-13 on B.xylophilus may be comprehensive,including protein metabolism,protective enzyme system and nervous system etc.influence.It can be inferred from the various physiological effects of B.cereus NJSZ-13 on B.xylophilu that the lethal effects of B.cereus NJSZ-13 on B.xylophil are comprehensive,including the effects of protein metabolism,protective enzyme system,and nervous system.
