摘要
选择200个老旧工业管道事故作为研究案例,对事故原因进行归类整理,认为现场焊接质量低劣是造成事故的主要原因。结合某厂300条老旧工业管道进行定期检验,分析了老旧工业管道焊接典型缺陷产生的原因。认为企业通过事故案例研究和定期检验经验总结,通过完善压力管道管理机制、建立应急预案、补齐设计资料和定期检验等方面的措施,能够在一定程度上改善老旧管道的安全状况,降低生产事故。
200 old industrial pipeline accidents were selected as research cases,and the causes of the accidents were classified.It was considered that the poor welding quality on site was the main cause of the accidents.Based on the regular inspection of 300 old industrial pipelines in a factory,the causes of typical welding defects of old industrial pipelines are analyzed.It is believed that through accident case study and periodic inspection experience summary,enterprises can improve the safety status of old pipelines and reduce production accidents to a certain extent by improving the management mechanism of pressure pipelines,establishing emergency plans,completing design data and periodic inspection.
