摘要
为明晰野生蒺藜种子的萌发特性及筛选出能显著促进其萌发的有效引发剂,文章测定了野生蒺藜种子在不同引发剂处理下的萌发率、发芽势等相关萌发参数,对比了不同处理下的引发效果,并以模糊数学中的隶属函数进行综合分析。结果表明:野生蒺藜种子自然萌发率、发芽势、最终萌发期、萌发整齐性指数、萌发指数和活力指数分别为28.67%、23.33%、8.08、0.41、2.91和36.53。适宜的引发剂能显著促进其萌发,隶属函数综合分析显示,各引发剂对蒺藜种子的引发效应由强到弱依次为:0.5%KMnO_(4)(S4)>0.2 g/L H3BO_(3)(S5)>0.3%H2O_(2)(S6)>H2O(S1)>未浸种(S0)>5%PEG-6000(S7)>5%H2SO_(4)(S3)>5%NaOH(S2)。其中,0.5%KMnO_(4)(S4)处理下,蒺藜种子萌发率、发芽势、萌发整齐性指数、萌发指数和活力指数较自然状态下显著提高,分别提高了12.00%、13.33%、48.65%、42.87%和59.44%,引发效果最佳,引发效应率为1.40。
In order to clarify the germination characteristics of wild Tribulus terrestris seeds and to filtrate effec-tive initiators that can significantly promote germination percentage,germination energy and other related germi-nation parameters were measured and calculated under the treatments with different initiators.The initiation ef-fects were compared between the different treatments and the comprehensive analysis was carried out with mem-bership function in fuzzy mathematics.The results showed that,the natural germination percentage,germination energy,period of ultimate germination,synchronization index,germination index and vigor index of wild Tribulus terrestris seeds were 28.67%,23.33%,8.08,0.41,2.91 and 36.53,respectively.In addition,suitable initiators could significantly promote its germination.The result of comprehensive analysis showed that the initiation ef-fects of each initiator on the seeds of Tribulus terrestris ranging from strong to weak initiator promotion is 0.5%KMnO_(4)(S4)>0.2 g/L H3BO_(3)(S5)>0.3%H2O_(2)(S6)>H2O(S1)>unsoaked(S0)>5%PEG-6000(S7)>5%H2SO_(4)(S3)>5%NaOH(S2).Among them,under the treatment of 0.5%KMnO_(4)(S4),the germination percentage,germination energy,synchronization index,germination index,and vigor index of Tribulus terrestris seeds were significantly increased by 12.00%,13.33%,48.65%,42.87%and 59.44%,respectively,with 1.40 of percentage inhibition or stimulation,compared to those under the natural conditions The results suggested that 0.5%KM-nO_(4) could be used as an effective initiator for Tribulus terrestris seed germination in the future research and prac-tice production of Tribulus terrestris.
