摘要
社会工作是以实践为主体的专业,构建完善的实践教学体系是社会工作职业教育的重中之重。隐性知识是社会工作实践中的重要知识,占知识总量的大多数。为此,拟在隐性知识视角下探寻社会工作职业教育实践教学体系的影响因素。随机抽取广东省15家高职院校作为研究对象,分析高职社会工作专业实践教学体系的影响因素。研究发现,与隐性知识密切相关的教学条件、实践方式与频率以及课程与实践的紧密度是影响高职社会工作专业实践教学体系的重要因素。由此可见,在社会工作职业教育中,构建以隐性知识为基础的实践教学体系,并在实施中实现知识升华是很有必要的。
Social work is a major with practice as the main body,and the construction of a perfect practice teaching system is the top priority of social work vocational education.Tacit knowledge is an important knowledge in social work practice,accounting for most of the total amount of knowledge.Therefore,this paper intends to explore the practical teaching system of social work vocational education from the perspective of tacit knowledge.15 higher vocational colleges in Guangdong province were randomly selected as the research subject,and the influencing factors of the professional practice teaching system of social work in higher vocational colleges were analyzed.It is discovered that the teaching conditions,practice mode and frequency closely related to tacit knowledge and the closeness between curriculum and practice are the important factors that affect the practice teaching system of social work specialty in higher vocational colleges.Therefore,in social work vocational education,it is necessary to construct a practice teaching system based on tacit knowledge so as to achieve knowledge sublimation in the implementation.
