青铜峡市农业灌溉用水计量建设管理现状、存在问题及对策

Current Situation,Existing Problems and Countermeasures of Agricultural Irrigation Water Measurement Construction and Management in Qingtongxia City

为加快黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展先行区建设,推动青铜峡市大数据信息化,建设智慧水利,提高农业灌溉用水量测精度,相关部门对青铜峡市农业灌溉用水及计量测水设施建设情况进行调查。分析目前存在的设备管理不完善、维护资金缺乏保障、干渠直开口测控信息自动化普及率低等方面的问题,并提出了相应的解决措施,以期为推动青铜峡市农业用水高效、节约、集约,用水量计量和水费收缴的公平、公正、公开提供参考。

In order to accelerate the construction of the leading area for ecological conservation and high-quality development of the Yellow River basin,promote the informatization of big data in Qingtongxia City,build smart water conservancy,and improve the accuracy of agricultural irrigation water consumption measurement,a survey was conducted on the construction of agricultural irrigation water use and measurement facilities in Qingtongxia City.The current problems were analyzed,such as incomplete equipment management,lack of maintenance funds,and low automation rate of measurement and control information for straight opening of main channels,and corresponding solutions were proposed to provide reference for promoting efficient,economical,and intensive agricultural water use,as well as fairness,impartiality,and openness in water consumption measurement and water fee collection in Qingtongxia City.
