基于刚柔耦合的内置轴箱转向架动力学仿真

摘要 在传统列车系统动力学中,通常将列车系统的各组成部分作为理想刚性体来处理。随着列车不断提速,转向架受到轨道激励影响,必须考虑弹性振动对列车平稳性的影响,需要引入刚柔耦合模型。以某内置轴箱转向架动车组拖车模型为研究对象,通过动力学理论和有限元方法,建立刚柔耦合模型和多刚体模型。在轨道激励谱作用下,对比分析不同速度时曲线和直线工况下动力学性能的变化和差异。研究结果表明,随着速度的加快,刚柔耦合模型和多刚体模型的运行平稳性和曲线通过性均变差。引入柔性体模型,考虑更接近真实情况的弹性变形、振动传递和吸收等现象,刚柔耦合模型的脱轨因数、减载率、横向力、振动加速度等动力学性能指标均大于多刚体模型。 In traditional train system dynamics,the components of the train system are usually treated as ideal rigid bodies.As the train continues to speed up,the bogie is affected by track excitation,and the influence of elastic vibration on the stability of the train must be considered,and a rigid flex coupling model needs to be introduced.Taking the EMU trailer model with a built in axlebox bogie as the research object,the rigid flex coupling model and multi rigid body model were established through dynamic theory and finite element method.Under the action of orbital excitation spectrum,the changes and differences of dynamic performance under curved and linear working conditions at different speeds were compared and analyzed.The results show that with the acceleration of speed,the running smoothness and curve passing performance of the rigid flex coupling model and the multi rigid body model deteriorate.The flexible body model is introduced,considering the phenomena such as elastic deformation,vibration transmission and absorption that are closer to the real situation,and the dynamic performance indicators such as derailment factor,load reduction rate,lateral force,vibration acceleration and so on of the rigid flex coupling model are greater than those of the multi rigid body model.
