针对无尾螺套装配过程中存在的重复性高、效能低等问题,通过分析无尾螺套自动装配中的对象识别与精确测量、机器视觉、技术参数等,设计了无尾螺套自动化装配系统。介绍了这一系统的硬件和软件。这一系统可以实现无尾螺套的自动化装配,使无尾螺套的装配效率得到显著提高。

In view of the problems of high repeatability and low efficiency in the assembly process of tailless screw sleeve,the automatic assembly system of tailless screw sleeve was designed by analyzing the object recognition and accurate measurement,machine vision,and technical parameters in the automatic assembly of tailless screw sleeve.The hardware and software of this system were described.This system can realize the automatic assembly of tailless screw sleeve,so that the assembly efficiency of tailless screw sleeve can be significantly improved.
