摘要
从湖北省某养殖场患病黄颡鱼组织中分离到1株细菌性病原,经形态学观察、16S rRNA基因序列测定及系统发育学分析,鉴定为维氏气单胞菌(Aeromonas veronii)。为确定10种中草药(诃子、五倍子、穿心莲、乌梅、连翘、五味子、秦皮、鱼腥草、牡丹皮、青蒿)对黄颡鱼源维氏气单胞菌的抑菌效果,分别制备这10种中草药的水提物,使用不同浓度梯度的水提物进行了抑菌试验,并以盐酸多西环素和氟苯尼考作阳性对照。试验结果表明:诃子、五倍子、穿心莲有较好的抑菌效果,其中诃子抑菌效果最好;乌梅、连翘、五味子、秦皮、鱼腥草、牡丹皮、青蒿的抑菌效果较差,其中五味子的抑菌效果最差。
A bacterial pathogen isolated from the tissue of Pelteobagms fulvidraco was identified as Aeromonas veronii by morphological observation,16S rRNA gene sequence and phylogenetic analysis.In order to determine the bacteriostatic effect of 10 Chinese herbs(chebulae fructus,gallnut,paniculate,dark plum,fructus forsythia,fructus schisandra,cortex fraxini,Houttuynia cordata,moutan bark,artemisia annul)against aeromonas virginiae of P.fulvidraco,water extracts of 10 herbs with different concentration gradients were prepared.Doxycycline hydrochloride and florfenicol were used as positive controls.The experiment result showed that chebulae fructus,gallnut and paniculata had preferable bacteriostatic effect,and chebulae fructus had the best bacteriostatic effect.The antibacterial effect of dark plum,fructus forsythiae,fructus schisandra,cortex fraxini,Houttuynia cordata,moutan bark and artemisia annul was poor,and the antibacterial effect of fructus schisandra was the worst.
