本科层次职业教育人才培养困境研究 被引量:1

摘要 我国本科层次职业教育制度体系正在逐步完善,试点院校及招生规模逐年增加,但目前试点院校人才培养还存在生源质量不理想、人才培养目标及办学定位模糊、“校企合作”形式单一、师资队伍能力不高的问题,要在毫无经验的前提下,摸索出一条高质量人才培养之路,就需要先改善社会对职业教育的偏见,提高生源质量、进一步明确人才培养目标及办学定位、深入推进“校企合作”,提升企业参与办学的内生动力、强化师资队伍的能力,进一步促进本科层次职业教育发展。 System of undergraduate level vocational education in China is gradually perfect,the pilot col-leges and the recruitment of students scale increases year by year,but at present,there are some problems in the talent training of pilot colleges,such as the unsatisfactory quality of students,the ambiguous goal of talent training and the orientation of running a school,the single form of"school-enterprise cooperation"and the low ability of the teaching staff.We have no experience in the premise,for a high quality talent training,will need to improve the social prejudice to the vocational education,improving the quality of stu-dents,further clarifying the talent training target and orientation,deepening cooperation between higher vo-cational colleges and enterprises,improving the endogenous power for enterprise to participate in running schools,strengthening the ability of the teachers troop,to further promote the development of undergradu-ate level vocational education.
