摘要
目的了解不同家庭居住模式下学龄前听障儿童家长心理压力的差异。方法使用残疾儿童父母心理压力问卷,对162名学龄前听障儿童家长进行调查。结果(1)学龄前听障儿童家长的心理压力水平在5个维度从高到低依次为过分保护、经济负担、终身照顾、个人和家庭、缺乏成就感;(2)不同家庭居住模式下家长的心理压力水平存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论根据学龄前听障儿童家长的心理压力特点和不同家庭居住模式下家长心理压力水平的差异,有针对性地为听障儿童家长提供心理支持。
Objective To understand the differences of mental stress of parents under different living modes,whose preschool children has hearing impairment.Methods Using Questionnaire on Mental Stress of Parents with Disabled Children to survey 162 hearing-impaired preschool children's parents.Results The mental stress of hearing-impaired preschool children's parents in five dimensions from high to low is:excessive protection,economic burden,life-span care,individuals and families,lack of a sense of accomplishment.There are significant differences in mental stress levels of parents under different family living modes.Conclusion We should provide psychological support for parents of hearing-impaired children,according to the characteristics of mental stress of parents and the differences in the level of mental stress of parents under different living modes.
