泰安市创新性地构建了“互联网+医保”慢病管理制度体系,形成了独特的慢病管理的泰安模式,极大改善了慢病患者的就医体验。分析其创新性模式的成因,总结先进管理经验,并指出未来发展方向,为提升慢病管理水平提供参考和借鉴。

The“Internet+Medical Insurance”chronic disease management system was created innovatively in Tai’an city,forming a unique Tai’an model of chronic disease management,which has greatly improved the healthcare-seeking experience of patients with chronic diseases.This paper analyses the reasons for the establishment of this innovative model,summarizes the advanced management experience,and points out the direction of future development,in an attempt to provide reference and guidance for improving chronic disease management.
