The sustained development of health insurance reform will have a significant impact on the management mode of hospital operations.Psychiatric hospitals,due to their nature,will face greater challenges than general hospitals or other specialized hospitals.Based on the specific settlement mode of DIPsystem in a specialized psychiatric hospital in Huai'an,the impact on the tertiary specialized psychiatric hospital since the introduction of DIP was analyzed,and the SWOT analysis was used to explore its advantage,disadvantage,opportunities,and threats to the tertiary psychiatric hospitals.Strategic considerations and countermeasures to promote high-quality hospital development were proposed in an attempt to provide references in theoretical basis and practical experience for psychiatric hospitals which are implementing or will implement DIPpayment.
